1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age Verification

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits at bjc05:

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Gaming Rules & Results

The outcome of all games at bjc05 is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is regularly audited by internationally recognised third-party organisations.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed before the game begins.
• Game results may be voided due to a technical error, and bets will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection due to network issues, the last saved state on the server will be considered final.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• If a match is abandoned in Sports Betting, all related bets will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjc05 and will result in immediate account closure if found to have occurred:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your bjc05 account at any time by emailing support@bjc05.bet. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Bjc05 may also suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon proven violation of the terms and conditions.
• If requested verification documents are not received within the specified timeframe.
• While an investigation is ongoing regarding suspicious or unusual transactions.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

As part of responsible gaming, you can request a temporary account suspension at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days up to 6 months.
